On Sunday, December 4th, we went to Carpenters Tree Farm in Springvale to find our Christmas tree. Gigi, Auntie Kim and Adam tagged along to help us find the "perfect" tree. After getting our tree, we enjoyed two crockpot meals from Mama and watched Patriots football. It was a great day!
The Christmas tree was problematic for us this year. It took us hours to set up. When we found this tree, we did not realize that it was crooked from the base to the halfway point. From the halfway point to the top is straight. With some major adjustments (cinder blocks, wedges, rope), the tree base is secure and should not tip over. :)
